  • Carpenter

    You will lead framing, finishing and renovation on residential and commercial projects. Varied work in a tight-knit team.

    Responsibilities

    • Framing, structure, interior and exterior finishing
    • Plan reading and execution per spec
    • Occasional subcontractor coordination
    • Compliance with RBQ standards and job site safety

    Profile we're looking for

    • Carpentry diploma or equivalent experience (3+ years)
    • CCQ card or in process
    • Valid driver's license
    • Attention to detail and autonomy

  • Roofer

    Full-time, extended seasonalMauricie / Centre-du-Québec
    Apply

    Install, repair and inspect residential (shingle) and commercial (elastomer membrane) roofing.

    Responsibilities

    • Install IKO, BP and equivalent shingles
    • Install TPO/EPDM/elastomer membranes
    • Roof inspection and diagnosis
    • Safe work at height (gear provided)

    Profile we're looking for

    • Roofing experience (2+ years) or strong desire to learn
    • CCQ card or in process
    • No fear of heights, team-player mindset
    • Availability April–November, extended by weather

  • Labourer / general worker

    Support job-site crews across all projects: prep, transport, demolition, finishing.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist specialized crews (carpentry, roofing, insulation)
    • Material handling, unloading, waste management
    • End-of-day site cleanup

    Profile we're looking for

    • Good physical condition
    • Punctuality and reliability
    • Driver's license a plus
    • No experience required — on-the-job training

  • Estimator / project manager

    Full-time, office + siteTrois-Rivières

    You handle quote estimation, site planning and project follow-through from contract to handover.

    Responsibilities

    • Site visits and detailed estimating
    • Quote preparation and supplier negotiation
    • Planning, scheduling, crew supervision
    • Client communication throughout the project

    Profile we're looking for

    • Estimating / civil engineering diploma or equivalent experience
    • Excel + estimating software (bonus: Sage, Procore)
    • Strong understanding of Mauricie construction costs
    • Excellent FR communication (EN a plus)
